ANd the smaller joints tend to have the freshest food.When I was a kid, I shunned it, basically thinking Taco Bell was the epitome of Mexican food.Then I saw an interview with some celebrity who moved out of the country. When asked what he missed most about America, he said "Mexican food". Apparently, it's lackluster on non-existant in Europe.It's probably the only time in my life I took the advice of a celebrity. I don't even know who it was.But, long story short, I now go to the Mexican joints where the music stops and everyone stares at you when you walk in, and the menu is all in Spanish. Those people have the best Mexican food in my area....Show more
