Let's just call it a thingy.âºSecond, I can't quite visualize what you are saying about the construction, but I'm guessing that the wheels rotate when when the thingy is held in the air, but do not when placed on a surface (i.e. they just sort of slide along then the thing is pushed).Do they rotate when the thingy is placed on a fabric surface?Anyway, if you haven't, I would use 2 straws for axle (stick) housings. Tape 2 straws to the thingy and insert a stick through each of them. Attach the caps to either end of the sticks.You might need to use some tape as the "tires" on the caps.You also might need to use some tape to make bushings to help the sticks stay centered in the straws....Show more
