diet vs non diet?

Maria Bengston: .daughter has ms they say it's from diet soda or that fake sugar.don't know why it's on the market but alot of thinks should not be on the market not sure why we have a f.d.a. maybe that mean fool dam ***.

Bud Espenshade: One can of soda contains 14 tsps of sugar. Not sure how many is in diet. My father-in-law drank only diet soda and it just about rotted his teeth out of his mouth.I don't drink soda. I am a milk and fruit juice kind of gal.

Terrell Voltz: They're both bad since they both contain lots of sugar. I don't drink soda mostly water, vegetable juice, and milk. If you drink soda, I'll suggest you replace it with juice.

Romeo Tinnea: Vegetarians can get B12 and omega 3 from different assets you recognize. I even have been a vegetarian for over 30 years, probable longer than you have been alive, so I see it as being an "suited weight-help plan". and that i disagree with the assumption of raising and eating animals, so it is li! kewise suited from that perspective.

May Stands: They're both bad for you. Diet has artificial sweetners, which can cause health problems, and regular is high in sugar and calories. Soda also contributes to dehydration. The best thing to do is drink water.

Shaunta Paap: both are bad...the high fructose corn syrup in the regular releases hormones in your stomach called leptin(tells your brain you are full) and ghrelin. The high fructose corn syrup stops leptin from being released, and you never get the message that you are full. it also never shuts off ghrelin, so you never get the message that you are full. high fructose corn syrup is empty calories that serve no purpse.Diet-contain aspartame..which cause cancer...Show more

Doreatha Kjellsen: they are both bad for you. They both expand your stomach (making you more hungry) and is loaded with salt.

Virgil Loatman: They're both really bad for you but diet pop has a lot more chemical stuff in it. Reg! ular at least has natural sugar.
