Hollis Demasters: No one cares how old you are, they only care about the game. If you're trying to make some massive AA+ title like "Gears of War 4" or "Final Fantasy 38: Anime Bimbos in Bondage" then no, you won't get no! ticed, simply because that's too much for one person to ever finish. But indie and browser-based games and smart phone apps are worth some serious money these days and can easily be created by one person with some ambition.
