I married a US citizen. I am German and live in Germany. She wants a divorce. Can I get a green card still?

Lindsey Zanardi: no ,,,,

Nia Monopoli: You don't have to sign the papers - you WILL end up divorced anyway. And no, you have no way whatsoever to get a green card. Your ex-wife cannot & will not sponsor you, apply for your spouse visa, meet support requirements. She's no longer your wife in a valid marriage. It's over.

Mack Ukich: No you can't!

Myriam Hetjonk: No, you can not get a green card without her voluntarily agreeing to sponsor you, and you must be in a bona fide happy marriage with her. You can not compel someone's sponsorship, or compel someone into a relationship with you.

Dana Russian: No, you cannot get a green card unless she sponsors you.
